FGA 600 and 1200

This fat baking machine, which was specially developed for a customer scenario taking into account its many years of experience, has been on the market since summer 2022.

The system is characterized by its modularity: You can start with a basic system with a capacity of 6 rows á 10 yeast donuts each - then you have a maximum hourly capacity of approx. 600 donuts at 6-minute baking time. And you can add another unit later, then you have a capacity of about 1200 yeast donuts per hour. And that's not all: You can of course also attach a filler and a french cake depositor at any time. But you don't have to wait either: if the need arises, we will sell you the entire machine immediately.

Super stable & as little fat as possible

As with our large systems, we rely on high-quality, solid workmanship. As you know it from us, you will not only find a mechanically super-stable construction but also high-quality electrical components.

Thanks to the CAD construction, we were able to reduce the amount of fat required to the bare minimum - which means you save fat and energy.

Operation and cleaning by 1 person

Anyone who has worked with other fryers knows that not every employee can operate the system alone. With fully automatic programs that you can create yourself, we have the basis for the baked goods to be turned automatically, the lid to be closed and opened - and the user is always informed about the current progress via the large touch display.

In addition, the mechanical operation has also been greatly simplified: the tipping trays have been optimised, the fermentation room is practically placed under the dripping tray and, above all, the heating unit does NOT have to be removed for cleaning. Users who have previously worked with other vendors say, they would not want to switch back.

 

Tank with warming function and fat melter

The fat spoils the most when heating up to the first 60 degrees celsius. And the initial heating costs the most energy. That's why we have a keep-warm function in the tank, which keeps the fat liquid so that it can be pumped up immediately when you start work - and spoils less quickly. The fat melter is also integrated - you do not have to liquefy the fat externally.

Fully digital = fewer failures

As with our larger fryers, every sensor and every motor can be controlled and evaluated digitally. This means we can maintain the machine remotely and help you as quickly as possible in the event of an error. Because every day of downtime is your lost hard cash.
